1. List and pronounce alphabets, including knowing when to use upper/lower case
2. List and pronounce numbers (1 to 10,000)
3. List days and months
4. Tell Time - recognize 24-hour, digital and analog timing
5. Read and pronounce terms related to money and currencies
6. Able to conduct self-introduction, and handle queries regarding to one’s personal info
7. To use greetings and expressions of apology
8. Apply basic phone skills
9. Identify room amenities (contextualized to the hotel – hotel to provide photos)
10. Housekeeping cleaning terms, items and methods (e.g. toilet brush, rinse, scrub, etc.)
11. Respond to guest requests and queries (e.g. guest requests for extra towels)
12. Be familiar with hotel facilities and be able to independently provide directions to these
facilities
13. Identify places of interest near hotel, and provide directions to guests
