Content Outline

1. List and pronounce numbers (single digit to 4 digits) *Including room numbers and floor numbers
2. Pronounce time and time of the day.
3. Pronounce days, months and dates
4. Name public holidays in Singapore
5. Read and pronounce terms related to money and currencies
6. Respond to guest requests and queries relating to rooms, key
7. cards, housekeeping and maintenance requests
8. Basic hotel facilities & general hotel terms (bill, luggage, taxi, wake-up call, full-house, buffet breakfast, room rates, confirmation number, late check-in/check-out)
9. Able to conduct self-introduction and use greetings, expressions of appreciation and apology
10. Name the popular local attractions in Singapore (Universal Studios, Gardens by the Bay etc.)
